        FOOD SAFE SILICONE FOR CHOCOLATE MOLD DESCRIPTION:

            HY-E615 food safe silicone is a kind of two part silicone rubber in addition cure or platinum cure type with mixing ratio of 1:1 or 10:1 . It can cure at room temperature as well as under heat . It’s a kind of food grade silicone and mainly used for mold making.

         

        FOOD SAFE SILICONE FOR CHOCOLATE MOLD APPLICATIONS:
              E-series food safe mold making silicone rubber could be mainly used for chocolate mould, candy mould, biscuit mould, nougat mould, fudge mould, fondant mould, sugar mold, tallow mold, and so on.

         

        FOOD SAFE SILICONE FOR CHOCOLATE MOLD MAIN FEATURES:
         - Low shrinkage, so the shape of your target product will be exactly what you want(less than 0.1%)
        - Reusable for your food mold, which can save your money and time.
        - Favorable for molding and demolding. (mixing ratio at 1:1 /10:1)
        - Easy to get cured.
        - Able to copy every fine detail on the original food model, which will make your food(e.g. chocolate mold, biscuit mold)

         

        FOOD SAFE SILICONE FOR CHOCOLATE MOLD OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
        1. Please clean your original model(mother model) before you begin your mold making operation.
        2. Weigh suitable amount of E615 silicone.
        3. Mixing the two parts by the ratio of 1:1/10:1 and mix part A and part B evenly in 2-3 minutes.
        4. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping for de-air the bubble in about 2-3 minutes.
        5. Fix the mother model onto a clean wooden board.
        5. Build a mold frame with four plastic plates or wooden plates, sealing the gap.
        6. Release agent should be applied onto the products’surface.
        7. Pour the vacuumed mixture into the model frame from the side of the mold frame.
        8. When the silicone mixture gets cured, a clear silicone mold will come out!

         

        FOOD SAFE SILICONE FOR CHOCOLATE MOLD USING NOTICE:
        E615 silicone is platinum cure type, so please avoid contact it with the following material:
        1. Condensation cure silicone
        2. Sulphur, sulfide.
        3. Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
        4. Pewter solder flux.
