Silicone for Gypsum Plaster Molding

INTRODUCTION
        Gypsum molding silicone is a very flexible molding silicone, it request the silicone hardness must not be too hard because gypsum is very delicate, it will break the gypsum products when demolding if the silicone mold is too hard, meanwhile, since plaster mouldings are always very with big size as well as with fine details, so it request the silicone mold be strong enough to resist the damage of the moulds during the demolding process.
       
        HONG YE JIE provides both tin base silicone and platinum base silicone for gypsum molding, 10 shore A to 30 shore A are very popular for it generally.



APPLICATION
