INTRODUCTION

        Silicone rubber for tire mold is usually a two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, which can be divided into condensation cure silicone rubber and addition cure silicone rubber. The mix ratio of silicone rubber and curing agent of condensation silicone is 100:5, and it's 1:1 for addition silicone.



APPLICATION
Tire silicone is used for tyre molding, tire aluminum mold casting, precision mold and other mold making. Tthe hardness is generally 15-40 shore A according to the different tyres.
