After curing, it forms silicone foam with uniform cells, stable elasticity and high toughness. The product delivers excellent wear resistance and strong surface anti-friction capability for high-frequency friction and repeated contact scenarios. It has remarkable tear resistance and toughness. The dense foam structure can inhibit crack expansion and resist tearing damage. Its long-term operating temperature ranges from -65℃ to 200℃. It won’t soften at high temperature or become brittle at low temperature, making it suitable for dynamic sealing and shock absorption protection.
 

In terms of application, high wear & tear resistant liquid foamed silicone is widely used in wear-resistant buffer parts for industrial equipment, dynamic sealing parts for automotive accessories, wear-resistant protective materials for sports equipment, high-frequency friction silicone foam products, flexible sealing components, tear-resistant shock absorption buffer materials and silicone foam parts with wear resistance requirements. Mix component A and B at 1:1 ratio, stir, vacuum degas and heat for vulcanization and forming. It supports automatic pouring and die-cutting deep processing.
