You'd better put a layer of gauze before you brush the third and fourth layer of silicone for ceramic in order to increase the tensile and tear strength of the ceramic mould. 8. After the 2 part silicone for ceramic cured, the gypsum outer mold can be made. 9. Pour the prepared plaster into the frame. 10. Release the ceramic mould when the plaster is curing. Then, the process of ceramic mould making has been finished. 11. Keep ceramic mould for 24 hours before use to be able to effectively increase the duplication times. Because the crosslinking and density of 2 part silicone for ceramic is closely related to the time.
