HY-E600 robot skin silicone is platinum‑catalyzed addition‑type RTV‑2 liquid silicone rubber, independently developed and produced by Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie Technology Co., Ltd. It consists of flowable Part A and Part B, mixed at 1:1 by weight ratio, cures at room temperature without toxic by‑products. Heating treatment can accelerate curing speed, and it supports casting for both thin‑wall and thick‑wall finished parts.

This silicone material provides Shore A hardness from 0‑30A for option. Ultra‑soft grade 0‑5A fits soft‑tissue simulation and film special‑effect prosthetics; medium‑soft grade 10‑15A is ideal for humanoid robot facial skin and prosthetic inner liners; medium‑hard grade 20‑30A applies to frequently‑used medical teaching models and museum wax exhibits.

With ultra‑low shrinkage rate, it can precisely reproduce fine details including skin pores and subtle texture. After full curing, it delivers outstanding elastic recovery. Repeated stretching and bending will not bring crack or permanent deformation. Different from ordinary condensation silicone, it effectively prevents oil bleeding, surface stickiness and premature yellowing, greatly prolonging service life of bionic finished goods.

Odor‑free and non‑irritating, this skin‑safe silicone can be adopted for products with indirect human‑skin contact. Custom skin‑tone, translucent and transparent colors are available. Operating Instructions

Stir A and B component separately before mixing to homogenize sediment. Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 weight ratio for 2‑3 minutes, scrape bottom and wall of container. Vacuum degassing is suggested to remove bubbles. Working time is 30‑40 minutes under room temperature, full curing takes 4‑8 hours. Curing time can be shortened under 60‑80℃ heating environment.

Notes

Platinum silicone will be poisoned and fail to cure when touching sulfur, tin, lead, phosphorus substances. Molds and tools previously used for condensation silicone must be thoroughly cleaned. Avoid sharp‑object scratching and long‑time strong sunlight exposure. Do small‑area skin test for finished goods contacting human body.

Packing & Storage

A/B packed separately in 5kg, 20kg, 200kg drums. Store under cool and dry environment. Shelf life: 12 months, transported as non‑dangerous goods.
