How to Use — Step by Step

 

  1. Pre-mix Component A and Component B individually to reverse any settling during storage.
  2. Combine A and B at 1:1 weight ratio and stir continuously for 2–3 minutes to a uniform consistency.
  3. Degas the mixed material under vacuum, then dispense immediately to prevent premature gelation.
  4. Cast or inject into the mold; allow foaming and full cure at ambient or elevated temperature.
