Hong Ye Jie Shines at 2026 Guangzhou International Building Expo. This breakthrough reportedly comes from Hong Ye Jie Technology's R&D center after two years of intensive development.
In the silicone mold industry, shrinkage rate has always been a critical factor affecting mold precision. Traditional condensation-type silicone has a shrinkage rate of 0.5-1.0%, while standard addition curing silicone is around 0.1-0.3%. Hong Ye Jie's next-generation HY-E640 has brought shrinkage control below 0.05%, reaching an industry-leading level.
"The key to this breakthrough lies in the optimization of the platinum catalyst system," explained Hong Ye Jie's Technical Director. "By improving the catalyst formulation and process parameters, we achieved more uniform and dense cross-linking of silicone molecules, fundamentally reducing shrinkage."
In addition to ultra-low shrinkage, the HY-E640 excels in other performance metrics:
· - Hardness: 40A Shore A
· - Viscosity: 25000-30000 cps
· - Tear strength: reaching 22-28 kN/m
· - Tensile strength: reaching 5.0-7.0 MPa
· - Elongation: 400-550%
· - Temperature resistance: -60°C to 200°C
"This means customers can create larger, more precise molds without worrying about deformation," said the Technical Director. "For customers engaged in large-volume standardized production, this represents a qualitative leap."
Currently, Hong Ye Jie has applied this technology across its entire HY-E product series. The company plans to further optimize product performance over the next year and launch additional specialized models for different application scenarios.
