Finishing processes, including trimming, surface treatment, and coloring, should be standardized to ensure consistent quality across production runs.

Integrating quality control checkpoints throughout the workflow helps identify issues early, reducing waste and rework. Key checkpoints include incoming material inspection, mix ratio verification, in-process viscosity checks, and final cured property testing.
