1.Firstly, prepare the necessary tools, wood board, paper board, Glue gun, etc. Deal with the original mold, then fixed it on the wood board. Leaving space about 2cm between the wood board and original mold.   2.Choose the type of silicone rubber according to the product’s structure, pattern and application. Here we use HY-E640 silicone rubber with the mixing ratio of 1:1, then stir it evenly.   3.Vacuum to -0.1MP, which can help to release the bubbles.Then pour the silicone rubber into the square. The original mold should be totally covered by the silicone rubber and the thickness of the silicone should be about 3cm.   4.Remove paper boards around the silicone mold after it is cured totally.Take out of the silicone mold.Trim down the edge of the silicone mold.   5.The silicone mold of cultural stone is finished. We suggest to put the silicone mold into production after 24 hours.
