Operation Instruction of Pouring Way by Molding Silicone Rubber 1.Preparation Prepare the necessary tools, such as rulers, knives, brushes, paper board, etc.   2.Fix the original mold and make a square frame   3.Spray or brush a layer of release agent   4.Weigh part A&part B according to the mixing ratio   5.Stirring evenly Mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise the silicone rubber will be partly solidified and bring problems in final operation. What’s more, the finished molds will meet a short life.   6.Vacumm pumping For releasing the air bubbles, after mixing evenly, put the mixture into vacuum pumping for 3-5 minutes.   7.Pouring Pour the mixture into the frame from a corner, make the silicone rubber flow to the frame smooth.   8.Demoulding After 3-5 hours, you can demould the silicone mold. We suggest to put the silicone mold into production after 24 hours.
