What’s the difference between silicone and Latex ?...

Silicone is by far better than Latex in quality. It lasts much longer and holds its shape much better. Latex is suspected to release nitrosamines (a potent carcinogen) when people touch it, and is more likely to have a latex allergy than a silicone material. There is also great difference on heat resistance. Silicone rubber could bear high temperature up to , but latex only resist temperature of 120-150℃.
