Description of low viscosity viscous silicone gel
        Low viscosity viscous silicone gel is transparent two component addition cure silicone encapsulating adhesive, which can be cured at room temperature or can be heated and solidified. The higher the temperature, the quicker the curing.

        Viscous silicone gel does not produced any by-products in the curing reaction and can be applied to the surfaces of PC (poly CA "bonate), PP, ABS, PVC and other materials and metals. 

        Silicone gel is suitable for insulation, waterproof and insulation of electronic accessories fixed, which is fully comply with the requirements of EU ROHS directive.

Application process of low viscosity viscous silicone gel
1. Before mixing, first fully stir component A and component B in their respective containers

2. When mixing, the weight ratio of part A and part B = 1:1

3. When in use, it can be vacuum degassing as required. After mixing the mixed liquid of a and B evenly, it can be put into a vacuum container and defoaming at 0.08mpa for 5 minutes
