RTV-2 LIFE CASTING SILICONE DESCRIPTION    
        RTV-2 life casting silicone is two-component addition cure heating or room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber. The product is colorless or skin-colored oily liquid and becomes soft elastic material after vulcanization.  


RTV-2 LIFE CASTING SILICONE APPLICATIONS       
       Silicone mask making kit is mainly used to make soft products, such as mask making, silicone artificial organ, shoulder pads, paster, bra pads, patches, antislip mat, traction, human body shape, simulate robot, simulate props, simulate people, silicone prostheses, silicone mask, wax, etc. It can also be used for pouring material for electronic and electrical parts and making food grade silicone molds and other high-grade silicone products.  



RTV-2 LIFE CASTING SILICONE FEATURES
       This soft silicone rubber can be used for a long period and maintain softness with the characteristics of excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, waterproof, corrupt resistance, physiological inert, evironmentally friendly, aging-resistance, convenient operation, and completely vulcanization. It can meet requirement of the mechanical strength with extremely low hardness.  


RTV-2 LIFE CASTING SILICONE USING INSTRUCTIONS       
       Mix component A and component B of our lifecasting silicone rubber evenly according to the mixing proportion of 1:1 or 10:1, and can be poured after deaired the bubbles. The operating time (1-5) hrs depends on different temperature; the curing time is 3-5 hrs at the room temperature; and the curing time can be reduced to 10 minutes with the temperature increased to 80~120°C. The operating time of the room temperature quick drying type is less than 20 minutes and the curing time is 1 hour. The product can be produced in red, yellow, etc., but you should consult us about the pigment first.  


RTV-2 LIFE CASTING SILICONE PRECAUTIONS        
RTV-2 life casting silicone is platinum-catalyzed silicone rubber, water, impurity, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkaline and other organisms containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen will influence the vulcanization of the silicon rubber. So, please do not mix with or touch those substances during using.
