HY-902 is a balanced performance condensation cure pad printing silicone carefully formulated with high-quality silicone raw materials, designed for mid-to-high end pad printing processes. It combines excellent flowability with superior rebound resilience, ensuring fine detail reproduction and long-lasting pad durability — a classic all-around model in the pad printing industry.

Room temperature vulcanization — simply mix base with curing agent at recommended ratio and pour. No special equipment required.

Technical Parameters:

Appearance: Milky white / light colored viscous liquid

Curing System: Condensation cure (tin catalyst)

Hardness: Shore A 15-20° (adjustable with silicone oil)

Working Time: 30-60 minutes

Initial Cure: 2-4 hours at room temperature

Full Cure: 12-24 hours at room temperature

Usage Instructions:

Prepare pad mold, ensure surface is clean and smooth

Weigh base and curing agent accurately at recommended ratio

Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniform

Degas under vacuum for 3-5 minutes to remove air bubbles

Pour slowly into mold, let cure at room temperature

Demold after full cure and trim flash

Note: Silicone oil can adjust hardness; recommended addition is under 5%.
