Product Usage：Hong Ye Silicone HY-9 Series is a two-component platinum-cure silicone gel designed for electronic component potting, insulation protection and module encapsulation. The 1:1 mixing ratio and low viscosity make it easy to operate, while the self-adhesive property ensures reliable bonding to various substrates without primer.

How to Use

Stir component A and B separately before mixing
Weigh A and B at 1:1 ratio by weight
Mix thoroughly until homogeneous
Vacuum degas at -0.08 MPa for 3-5 minutes
Pour into the target component
Cure at room temperature or accelerate with heat (80-100°C)

A: Yes. At 25°C, it cures fully in about 8 hours. For faster production, heat cure at 80-100°C takes only 20 minutes.
