As of June 2, 2026, mainstream DMC transaction prices in China stand at 14,300–14,800 yuan/ton, with the average price falling by about 350 yuan/ton week-on-week. The overall operating rate of silicone monomer plants hovers around 70%, resulting in loose supply. To ease inventory pressure and prop up prices, major producers will lift the production reduction ratio to 40% from June to August, and may further increase it to 45% if market conditions do not improve. Downstream buyers remain cautious with wait-and-see sentiment, and concentrated bulk procurement is absent for now.
