Why the platinum cure silicone rubber is not cured...

While, some new customers often have a question: Why the platinum cure silicone rubber is not cured? That is really a good question! Reason 1: It is because the temperature is lower than 15 degree. In winter, the temperature will be very low. But our platinum cure silicone rubber is sensitive with the temperature. The best temperature for our platinum cure silicone rubber is 25 degree. If temperature is higher, the curing time will be reduced. If temperature is lower, the curing time will be increased. If temperature is lower than 15 degree, the platinum cure silicone rubber will not get cured. Reason 2: It is because our platinum cure silicone rubber meet N, S, P organic material or Sn, As, Hg, Ph heavy metal material.
